This comprehensive initiative combines practical, on-the-job training with structured college learning on a block-release basis, equipping apprentices with industry-relevant qualifications and essential skills for their future careers. Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices are eligible to apply for JIB Installation Electrician grading, a significant milestone in their professional journey.

We are especially proud of our most recent qualified apprentices, Lewis and James, who have become invaluable members of our team. Both continue to expand their expertise and grow in their roles as fully qualified electricians, exemplifying the success of our apprenticeship pathway.
