Project Summary -

This project consisted of the refurbishment of Main Kitchen, Dining Room, Main Gym & Changing / WC Facilities, Drama Studio, Music Studio and general areas during the summer holiday. Included as part of the works was the replacement of existing main MCCB panel board, Sub distribution boards and sub-mains SWA cabling, general LED lighting systems, emergency lighting & external lighting, Small power systems, Supply’s to specialised kitchen equipment, Data / Comms and testing and commissioning.

The project incorporated the following works -

• Stripping Out and Modifications of Existing Services
• New Distribution and Switchgear to suit
• Lighting including emergency lighting
• Small Power
• All Associated Containment
• All Electrical Works Tested and Results Recorded

All installed items meet the following standards -

• BS 7671:2008 (amendment 1:2011)
• BS EN 61439
• BS 5424 (Parts 2 & 3)
• BS 7430
