Project Summary -

Our objective was to replace and upgrade the electrical distribution infrastructure whilst the school was occupied. The project involved a lot of planning and investigative works to ensure the project ran smoothly with minimal disruption to the client. The works commenced during evenings and weekends as block by block we tackled the school, overcoming problems as they arose. During the initial verification we discovered the school had no main earth bond which meant a number of tests and rectification works were urgently required. The client was extremely pleased with how the project was executed and completed on time despite its complexity.

The project incorporated the following works -

• Stripping Out and Modifications of Existing Services.
• Distribution.
• Small Power.
• All Associated Containment.
• All Electrical Works Tested and Results Recorded.

All installed items meet the following standards:

• BS 7671:2008 (amendment 1:2011).
• BS EN 61439
• BS 5424 (Parts 2 & 3)
• BS 7430
