Project Summary -

Supply, installation, test and commissioning of electrical and associated services, in connection with the major refurbishment of the existing timber frame school building. This had to be carefully planned and coordinated with the School to remain fully operational over six phases, with each phase being decanted into temporary class rooms to provide vacant access for the period of the contract.

The project incorporated the following works -

• Sub Mains Distribution, TVSS & Earthing. Lighting with automatic and manual controls, LED luminaires and downlights, emergency & external lighting.
• General Small Power with all associated Containment systems infrastructure.
• Fire Detection, Alarm, Disabled call and Refuge Systems.
• Voice/Data Installation.
• Test, inspection and commissioning of installed services.
