Electrical and associated services installation to new classroom block, including therapy room, circulation, offices, meeting rooms, WC’s alms and mentoring spaces.

New electrical and associated services installation, to include the replacement of existing low voltage distribution system throughout the school, including the installation of a new DNO LV supply and back-feeding of existing main LV panel to allow elements of the original school buildings to remain operational throughout the upgrade process..

The scope of works for the electrical installation and associated services comprising the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and certification of the following: -

• Isolation, strip out and removal of existing services.
• Installation of new Incoming DNO LV Supply and associated LV switchgear
• New Main LV Panel, Sub Mains Distribution, Earthing & Bonding.
• New Primary & Secondary Sub Mains Distribution, Earthing & Bonding
• Provision of Lightning protection and surge suppression systems.
• Cable containment and support systems infrastructure.
• Utility & Mechanical Power supplies.
• New lighting, external and emergency lighting with LED fittings and automatic control systems for occupancy / absence detection.
• Cat 6 structured voice / data systems and fibre backbone cabling.
• Closed Circuit CCTV Surveillance System
• Fire Detection, alarm, class change and life safety systems.
• Security and Access Control Systems.
• Testing, commission, labelling, certification and provision of operations and maintenance manuals
